Tiffany Hancock, LCSW-C is an Assistant Director at the Child Welfare Academy program within The Institute for Innovations and Implementation. Currently, Tiffany is involved with program management, curriculum development, strategic planning and workforce development. Her work with the Child Welfare Academy involves collaboration and on-going partnership with the Department of Human Services (DHS), Workforce Development Office and Social Services Administration. This partnership supports child welfare practice, workforce recruitment and retention and continued professional development of caseworker, supervisors and administrators throughout the state. Some current projects include the rollout of the State of Maryland’s Integrated Practice Model, LGBTQ Competency training rollout and the redesign the new worker pre-service training. Tiffany received her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore.
