Spacious guestrooms are available at the discounted conference rate of $175 single/double room, $20 additional per person for 3 or more people. This group rate will be available for stays between June 26, 2020, and July 3, 2020.

Room reservations must be made no later than June 6, 2020. However, it is strongly recommended that hotel reservations be made as early as possible to ensure availability. After June 6, 2020, the hotel will accept reservations at the conference rate on a space-available basis only.
The conference rate includes:
- Complimentary internet access in guest rooms and public space
- Complimentary access to the fitness center
- Complimentary newspaper for all guest rooms upon request at check-in
- Complimentary local and toll-free telephone calls from guest room
Reservations require a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax by a major credit card. Attendees may cancel their reservations with no charge until 11:59 p.m. up to and before five (5) days prior arrival. If a cancellation is made after this deadline, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Check-in is 3 p.m. local time, and checkout is 11 a.m. EST time. Luggage can be stored for individuals with later departures.
Upon check-in, the hotel will require a credit or debit card imprint in the amount of $50 for incidental charges (amounts not used will be refunded).
