Portrait of Frances Williams-CrawfordFrances has been with UMB as a trainer since 2012. Before that, she worked for DSS for 16 years. In addition to Child Welfare work, she has been an adjunct faculty for Salisbury University for Interviewing as well as Social Work Theory. She also works part-time as a psychotherapist at a mental health clinic. She is also an independent consultant, training and coaching on issues such as coaching, trauma, supervision, interviewing and ethics.
