Portrait of Martha HartlaubMartha Hartlaub is a Program Specialist with the Parent, Infant, and Early Childhood Program (PIEC), focusing on Pyramid Model implementation efforts across Maryland. She has a BS degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Hood College and an MS in Learning Design from University of Maryland Global Campus. Prior to joining the PIEC team, Martha supported the Institute’s national work and contracts. She also has several years of Early Childhood classroom teaching experience.
