The Rev. Shanea D. Leonard is an ordianed Presbyterian(USA) pastor and community activist. She is the pastor and founder of JUDAH Fellowship, the only predominatly Black inclusive church in Western Pennsylvania. She is also the chair of the Pittsburgh LGBTQIA Advisory Council as well as communtiy activist in the intersectional areas of sexuality, race, faith, and justice. She is a saught after speaker, preacher, and workshop facilitator. She is also the founder and convener of a bi-annual conference called Healing the Hurt, which focuses on areas of hurt, harm, and disconnect between the church & the LGBTQIA community. A native of Philadelphia, Rev. Leonard holds a B.A. from the Univ. of Pittsburgh in Religious Studies and Political Science. Shanea also has a Master of Divinity degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary with a focus on Urban Ministry.
