For the past twenty years, Eileen Brennan has conducted research and training in the areas of family support and the health and mental health of children and young people for those served in systems of care. As a principal or co-principal investigator of projects embedded in SAMHSA funded Research and Training Centers, Ms. Brennan has conducted studies and training on workplace and community supports for family members caring for children or youth with mental health difficulties. Ms. Brennan is an experienced designer of curricula for face-to-face delivery as well as by webinar and online training formats. Additionally, as an investigator at NIDRR sponsored research centers, Ms. Brennan will also bring experience generating culturally relevant dissemination products. Finally, Ms. Brennan has provided consultation and technical assistance to workplaces, professional organizations, family support and peer support organizations, and mental health service delivery systems on the substance and evaluation of family support initiatives.
