Ms. Booth is the Executive Director of the Center for Community Learning, Inc. (CCL). She provides technical assistance to behavioral health organizations and community organizations serving families, young adults and children. She has completed projects such as: drafting strategic plans and polices, including cultural and linguistic plans; cultural and linguistic training design and delivery; and self-assessments for small organizations. As part of her work for CCL, she serves in the Technical Assistance Network for Children's Behavioral Health (TA Network) & the National Training and Technical Assistance Center for Children's Behavioral Health (NTTAC). She provides technical assistance with a focus on implementing CLAS standards, cultural and linguistic competence self-assessments, language assistance, reduction of behavioral health disparities, and improving behavioral health literacy. Prior to joining the Center for Community Learning, Catalina served as in-house counsel for Union Pacific Railroad for 9 years. Before that, she served as an prosecutor for the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
