Wraparound Trainer and Coach
Bonnie Evans is a Wraparound Trainer and Coach for the Texas Center of the Institute for Innovation and Implementation. In her role, she is involved in all things Wraparound. Whether it is training or coaching support for care coordinators, Wraparound supervisors, program managers, or collaborating with various state stakeholders providing data and implementation support, each day looks different. Bonnie initiates and supports the ongoing development of booster trainings as needed. She does this by analysing various types of data, and uses adult learning techniques and activities, with consistent reference to implementation science. As the lead Wraparound Trainer and Coach at the Texas Center, Bonnie is determined to provide the best support she can, realizing the powerful impact high-quality Wraparound has for youth and families. Bonnie completed her studies in Melbourne, Australia, where she received her Masters in Psychology (Education and Development) from Monash University, and Bachelors in Behavioural Science at La Trobe University. In Australia, Bonnie loved her job as a Psychologist, where she worked with children, youth, and families primarily in school settings, as well as her work in mental health research.
