Bio: As a nationally certified trainer and coach in Wraparound at The Institute, Ms. Damrow trains, coaches, and supports workforce development in the areas of navigating systems, building effective wraparound teams, and identifying underlying needs and resources for families with complex mental health issues. She began her work in the field as a Research assistant at the Memroy Disorders Clinic of the Wallace Kettering Neuroscience Institute. Following that, she began work in Georgia as a clinician and then a Network Support Coordinator with one of Georgia's Care Management Entities. She has worked with local and state systems including Child Welfare, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, and Department of Education to implement wraparound in Georgia to support the best fit for families in need of care. Lisa has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wright State University and a master's degree in Counseling of Exceptional Children from Wright State University.
