Bio: Ms. Coviello is a National Trainer and Coach with The Institute. In her role at The Institute Kim coordinates and delivers detailed curricula on the elements of the wraparound process and system of care, provides in depth coaching and onsite and virtual technical assistance to support states implementing Wraparound and oversees and monitors the certification process of local trainers and coaches in each state. She has been involved in system of care reform for the last 15 years and has extensive experience implementing the Wraparound Process across child and family serving systems. She has worked with several communities and state funded programs and organizations to develop comprehensive approaches to cross-system collaboration, resource management, capacity building, and quality assurance. Since entering the field, Kim has served as a Wraparound researcher, care coordinator, supervisor, program manager, trainer and coach. Ms. Coviello has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree in Peace and Development Studies from Universitat de Jaume I, Castellon de la Plana, Spain, with a focus on Conflict Transformation.
