Sarah Quinn, MSW is Training Manager for MRSS (Mobile Response Stabilization Services) at The Institute for Innovation and Implementation at the University of Maryland School of Social Work (The Institute). Sarah is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in child serving and behavioral health systems of care. Prior to joining The Institute, Sarah was the Director of Crisis Response in Harford County, Maryland overseeing home and community-based behavioral health crisis response and stabilization services. In this role, Sarah was responsible for program and policy development for several new initiatives including piloting youth specific crisis response services for the county. Sarah also has experience directing clinical and business operations for the behavioral health division of regional non-profit and serving children and families in public child welfare systems. Sarah values connection, learning, service, and curiosity.
