Jacob Whiteford, MS is an Instructional Designer with The Institute. While completing his Masters degree in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph’s University, Jacob focused on e-learning principles, psychology of learning, instructional design best practices, and instructional technology innovations. Before coming to The Institute, Jacob worked for six years as a Social Studies teacher in Pennsylvania where he focused on creating and updating engaging and relevant learning activities in the areas of History, Geography, and Cultural studies. Jacob earned his Bachelors of Arts from York College of Pennsylvania in Secondary Education Social Studies and History after spending a year at American University as a Political Science major. Jacob enjoys spending time with his children, reading, and travel.
