Senior Research Analyst
Heather Whitty is a Senior Research Analyst for the Parent, Infant and Early Childhood Program, where she supports a wide range of evaluation efforts related to Systems of Care grants. Heather received Bachelor degrees in Child & Youth Studies and Education from Brock University. She received her Master's in Child Development from Michigan State University. Prior to joining The Institute, Heather managed a research project investigating adolescent pregnancy, mental health, and health service utilization at The Offord Centre for Child Studies, and supported an evaluation of a life skills program for youth with physical disabilities at the Bloorview Research Institute. Previously, Heather worked as an elementary school teacher.
