Elizabeth Chambers, M.Ed., is the Pyramid Model Program Manager with the Parent, Infant and Early Childhood team (PIEC) at the Institute for Innovation & Implementation at the University of Maryland Baltimore, School of Social Work. In this role Elizabeth supports statewide implementation of the Pyramid Model framework in early care and education programs. Elizabeth brings several years of experience providing technical assistance, coaching, and training to childcare and head start programs, as well as Judy Centers throughout Maryland. Her work includes classroom teaching and operating a family childcare home. Ms. Chambers’ experience within the early learning community remains focused on workforce support and implementation of evidence-based practices to ensure all children receive equitable services. Ms. Chambers earned a Master of Arts degree in educational leadership, policy and advocacy from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
