Senior Research Analyst
Anthony Garove is a Senior Research Analyst with The Institute for Innovation and Implementation at the University of Maryland School of Social Work. In his role, Anthony provides data management, analysis, and reporting for several projects, including: Quality Service Reform Initiative (QRSI), U-TURNS (Trauma, Unity, Recovery, Navigation, and Safety), Department of Juvenile Services, and Department of Human Services Social Services Administration. He was previously employed at the University Maryland, Baltimore School of Medicine as a research analyst conducting program evaluation research for a number of non-profit programs, including: School Mental Health Program, Maryland Addition Consultation Service, and Maryland Behavioral Health Integration in Pediatric Primary Care. Prior to his work at UMB, Anthony was employed as a research assistant at Art & Science Group, a consulting firm specializing in providing market-informed strategy for higher education, independent schools, and non-profits. Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Minor in philosophy from the University of Baltimore and was named Outstanding Student in Psychology. As an undergraduate student, Anthony worked as a teaching assistant and tutor for research methods and statistics courses, as well as a research assistant for several psychology faculty members. He is presently completing a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology at Towson University and plans to complete a Ph.D. in quantitative or social psychology in the future.
