Help Desk Assistant
LaVerne is the Help Desk Administrative Assistant for the Institute of Innovation and Implementation. She has experience working in private and corporate medical setting providing Customer Care services to doctors, therapist, nurses, and patients. She also has many years of administrative skills working as a Staffing Coordinator for multiple Home Care Agencies and Hospitals. In this role as Help Desk assistant, she provides comprehensive, step by step navigation via phone, email and chat, to individuals who are seeking assistance in accessing online training systems. Prior to joining the Institute, LaVerne recently completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts at Notre Dame of Maryland University. She will be perusing a graduate degree in social work fall 2018.
