NWIC Trainer and Coach
Sara Strader has spent her career standing up for youth and families, whether in child and adult protective services or the mental health arena. With a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Conflict resolution, she is known for her passion and determination to execute a job with excellence, devoted to serving others professionally for the last 15 years. Using her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, Sara’s understanding of systems theory has influenced her consultation work with Systems of Care in various states. In 2012, Sara left Intensive Home Based Services increasing her scope of practice and spent the last 7 years building a non-profit from the ground up, leading others in the field, and ensuring quality service was delivered. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she has served tirelessly to provide a culture to her work that is replicable to different communities of racial and ethnic membership, gender, sexual identity, social class, religious affiliation, nationality, and/or disability status. As a NWIC Trainer and Coach, Sara will use her expertise to coach and train others in Wraparound and Systems of Care.
