Research Project Coordinator for the Research and Evaluation Team at the Institute for Innovation & Implementation. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree in Clinical Psychological Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. My research interests include the development of resiliency in trauma-exposed infants and toddlers with focuses on the effects of parent and sibling attachments and the development of social-emotional competencies in early childhood. My long term research agenda is to examine longitudinal relations between trauma, components of resiliency, social-emotional competencies and later delinquent behaviors in adolescence.
